Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ReelMitra. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ReelMitra.

The service

ReelMitra uses AI to create short videos (story, images, voiceover, captions and music) from the series you set up, and can post them to your connected Instagram or YouTube accounts at the time you choose. Videos are made and scheduled automatically according to your plan.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give correct information.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in safe.
• One series is included with every plan. More series need a plan that allows them.

Plans and payments

• You can start with a 7-day trial. From day 8 it continues as the Creator plan unless you cancel before. The trial is allowed once for each account and each Instagram channel.
• The plans (Starter: 3 videos a week, Creator: 1 video a day, Pro: 2 videos a day) are billed every month or every year until you cancel (the subscription renews automatically). The price you see on the website or in your account is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges.
• Each plan covers one series. Extra series are priced per series and shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We do not see or store your card details.
• Videos included in your plan are counted per day, week or month as stated in the plan. Unused videos do not carry over.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged. An upgrade, a downgrade or an extra series starts when your current period ends, and nothing is charged until then. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before the change.

Your content and automatic posting

• You own the videos made for you, subject to the rights of any third parties (for example the music tracks and AI providers' terms).
• Because videos are posted automatically, you are responsible for the topics, style and instructions you set and for how your channel is run. Check your upcoming videos in the dashboard; you can change a video's date, time, title and description before it posts.
• AI can make mistakes. We try to keep content suitable, but we cannot promise that every video will be accurate or perfect.
• You give us permission to use your connected accounts only to publish the videos you create with ReelMitra.

What you must not do

• Create or post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive, harmful to children, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the service to spam, mislead people or break the rules of Instagram, YouTube or any other platform.
• Try to break, overload or misuse the service, or share your account with others.

We may pause or end accounts that break these rules.

Third-party platforms

Instagram, YouTube and other platforms have their own rules. We are not responsible if they remove content, limit your account or change how their service works. If you connect YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Availability

We work to keep ReelMitra running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, third-party outages or other reasons beyond our control. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and liability

ReelMitra is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, followers, views or income, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ReelMitra and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
