Delivery Policy

ReelMitra is a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

When your plan starts

• Your trial or plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You will see it in your account under Account.
• A plan change or an extra series that you pay for while another plan is running starts when the current period ends, as shown before you pay.

How your videos are delivered

• Videos are made for you automatically and appear in your dashboard (Videos). Each one is made shortly before its post time and posted to your connected Instagram professional account at the time you set.
• You can preview, change the time or title, turn posting off for one video, and download the video file at any time.
• Right after you create a series, the next few post ideas are prepared so that your calendar is ready.

If something is not delivered

If a payment was confirmed but your plan did not start, or videos your plan includes were not delivered, write to support@plasmaminds.com with your account email. We will fix it, make the videos up, or refund the affected amount as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
