Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your ReelMitra account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@plasmaminds.com from the email address you use for ReelMitra, with the subject "Delete my ReelMitra account". You can also use "Request account deletion" on the Account page of your dashboard.
2. We confirm the request with you, then delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, series and settings.
• The videos, images and captions we made for you.
• The Instagram and YouTube access tokens that you connected.
• The name and ID of the YouTube channel and the Instagram account that we read when you connected them.

We may keep limited records that the law or accounting requires (such as payment records).

Remove ReelMitra's access to your accounts yourself

• In ReelMitra: Series → your series → Accounts → Disconnect. The stored access token is deleted.
• Instagram / Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations) → remove ReelMitra. Meta then tells us and we delete the stored token.
• YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → ReelMitra → Remove access.

Removing access stops us from posting. Videos already published on your accounts stay there until you delete them yourself.
